The Vice President of Corporate Development will lead M&A, strategic partnerships, and investment activity to accelerate growth and create long-term enterprise value. Reporting to the CFO, this leader will own all aspects of corporate development strategy and execution—from identifying and evaluating opportunities to structuring deals and integrating acquired businesses. This role requires a combination of financial sophistication, strategic insight, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end M&A processes including sourcing, diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration; identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and commercial alliances; continuously monitoring the energy, infrastructure, and industrial tech landscapes for opportunities, risks, and emerging players; and collaborating with finance, product, legal, and operations teams to align M&A and investment activity with company strategy and financial plans. Experience required includes a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field, with MBA or advanced degree preferred; 10+ years in corporate development, private equity, venture capital, or investment banking; proven track record of leading strategic transactions; strong strategic acumen and financial skills; and preferred experience in energy, industrial tech, or infrastructure sectors and familiarity with government incentives, regulatory strategy, or public-private partnerships.
