Are you a proven manufacturing leader who thrives on turning challenges into success stories and scaling operations for growth? Do you want to take charge of a strong, capable team while preparing for a major expansion?

We’re opening a second manufacturing facility in Wisconsin, and we’re looking for a VP of Operations to lead both current operations and the next phase of our growth. This is a chance to not only strengthen existing operations but also play a pivotal role in building a new facility from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

- Take full ownership of production and management, bringing structure where it’s needed most.

- Build scalable systems and processes to support two facilities.

- Strengthen accountability by defining roles and eliminating overlap in leadership.

- Drive quality improvements by holding suppliers and teams to higher standards.

- Lead corrective actions from recent audits, ensuring compliance and sustainability.

- Be a visible leader on the production floor, setting the tone for operational excellence.

- Work with other departments to encourage a team environment.

- Develop and mentor rising talent so both plants are equipped with strong leaders.

- Run efficient, solution-focused meetings that get results and reduce conflict.

What We’re Looking For

- An experienced Plant Manager, Operations Leader, or General Manager ready to manage multi-facility operations at the VP level.

- A proven record of improving production quality, team performance, and operational efficiency.

- A strong communicator who can manage tough supplier relationships while building trust internally.

- A hands-on leader who thrives on accountability and results.

- Someone excited about leading both day-to-day operations and a new facility launch.
