Overview:

At Bay Line Construction decisions are guided by policies, procedures, and business plan. This Overhead Crew Foreman position is responsible for managing assigned crew personnel to ensure their actions align with company goals during the execution phase at the field level. This Crew Foreman will be responsible for supervising field personnel for underground Construction and on electrical facilities in a safe, productive manner with attention to quality and provides timely, cost effective and reliable service to customers.

Description of general duties but not limited to:

Responsibilities may include preparing materials and equipment for the assigned job; ensuring safety standards are adhered to; and performing duties of lower classifications to assist in the installation and maintenance of electrical power systems. URD Foremen must comply and ensure crew compliance with all OSHA safety regulations, frequently working in precarious conditions.
