Underground Distribution Foreman

Electrical underground experience a plus

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, management and others involved.

Supervisory Skills: Ability to LEAD and manage a team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and timely.

Project management: skills in planning, organizing, and managing, scheduling and resource allocation.

Risk Assessment: Ability to identify potential hazards and implement strategies to mitigate risks.

Conflict Resolution: ability to mediate disputes and resolve conflict within the work place.

Attention to detail: strong focus on detail to ensure work is performed at a high standard and compliant with all regulations.

Training and Mentorship: Must be willing to train and mentor anyone in need of skills to complete the job and a high standing of character and integrity.

Operator: Able to operate equipment. Willing to work along side all crew help no matter the duty. From cleaning, taking out trash, cleaning shop, bathrooms, trucks inside and out, digging a 4'x3'x200' ditch with a shovel when needed.

This is a working foreman position!
