About This Job

Elite Grading, LLC is seeking to hire an Underground Utility Foreman that can perform trained job duties in a safe and professional manner by being able to operate one or more of the following pieces of equipment:

•

Dozer

•

Excavator

•

Back Hoe

•

Front End Loader

Job Responsibilities:

•

Review scopes of work with the field staff

•

Oversee the completion of designated scopes of work

•

Communicate with clients when necessary

•

Ensure the attainment of all job site goals including safety and productivity

•

Assist in evaluating & disciplining field employees within department guidelines

•

Attend meetings on a periodic basis as required by Superintendent

•

Provide guidance and support for all field staff

•

Keep the Superintendent informed of all problems, potential and actual, that cannot be resolved satisfactorily in the field

•

Requests procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules.

This Position Requires the Following Skills:

•

Minimum 3-5 years experience in utilities

•

Ability to read Blueprints/Profiles

•

Ability to calculate elevations and percentages

•

Strong work ethic

•

Work safely and efficiently

•

Eager to learn new skills and tasks

•

Dependable transportation

•

Driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,250.00 - $1,700.00 per week
