Truck Driver - Mixer and Dump Truck

Red Top Ready-Mix is a ready-mix concrete producer in Aurora, MN. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. As a part of our team, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the timely delivery of concrete to various sites across the region.

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable truck driver to join our team. The ideal candidate is a current Teamster or interested in becoming a Teamster and will be responsible for safely operating a ready-mix concrete truck. The position will also require operation of a tandem or quad dump truck as well.

Responsibilities:

- Safely operates truck to deliver products to designated locations.

- Unload concrete on sites, ensuring proper mix and consistency.

- Conduct inspections of the truck to ensure it is in good working condition.

- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.

Requirements:

- Valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record.

- Ability to pass Federal Department of Transportation drug screen and physical and obtain DOT Medical Card.

- Previous experience operating a ready-mix concrete truck preferred but not required.

- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills with a willingness to collaborate on projects.

- Willingness to join the Teamsters union if not already a current member.
