Responsibilities
The Dump Truck Driver is responsible for loading and delivering legal loads of material to a destination in a safe and timely manner.
Your main responsibilities are:
•Driving/Operating Vehicle- Ability to drive a dump truck and truck and pup
•Transportation and Delivery of materials- Transporting crushed rock, sand, and gravel to and from specified locations
•Administrative Tracking- Completing daily truck logs
•Safety- Willingness to observe all safety precautions while driving and delivering materials

Skills and Qualifications
As a Dump Truck Driver, you establish and continue to grow the following skills and qualifications:
•Knowledge of operating a dump truck- Having a solid understanding of the vehicle and how it operates
•Communication Skills- Ability to effectively communicate verbally with coworkers
•Decision Making Skills- Ability to think quickly and adjust accordingly
•Some higher education or vocational training specializing in truck driving
•1-2 years of experience driving in the construction industry
•Must have Class A CDL certification
•Valid Medical Examiner’s Certification
•Ability to work overtime, occasional evenings, and weekends
Compensation and Benefits
•Pay: $25.91 - $38.86 per hour (based on qualifications and experience)
