Dump Truck Driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, soil, or other bulk items safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial driving, a valid CDL license, and clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

- Operate a dump truck to transport bulk materials, such as soil, sand, or construction materials, to various construction sites.

- Load and unload materials as required, ensuring that all loads are properly secured and comply with safety regulations.

- Drive to and from job sites, following all applicable traffic laws and safety guidelines.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the truck and surrounding environment.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure, oil levels, and brakes.

- Ensure that all equipment and vehicles are in good working condition and report any issues promptly.

- Work closely with other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects and meet deadlines.

- Follow all safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment and adhering to site safety regulations.

Experience:

- Must have a valid CDL license with a minimum of three years of experience operating a dump truck.

- Must have a strong understanding of heavy-duty vehicle maintenance and be able to perform routine maintenance tasks.

Skills:

- Experience operating a dump truck or other heavy-duty vehicles.

- Strong background in commercial driving.

- Ability to safely operate a dump truck in various weather conditions.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
