Key Responsibilities Market Knowledge and Product Analysis
Serves as project lead and provides expertise in analyzing the energy industry market to appropriately position a wide range of products; maintains extensive market knowledge through key trade publications and participation in trade organizations and meetings/trade shows.
Product Strategies
Leads a project to develop innovative, creative and cost-effective strategies that drive the success of a variety of products, ensuring the vision and strategy are aligned to corporate strategy; serves as a recognized authority for a variety of products; champions the features and benefits of products; determines best uses of company resources for program goals.
Product Performance and Evaluation
Collaborates with others to track program/product performance, analyze effectiveness and identify and evaluate enhancements or extensions; uses data to make product enhancements; determines changes to incorporate in future efforts.
Product Life Cycle Management
Serves as project lead in managing the life cycle of products through the growth, maturity and decline/discontinue stages; manages product/program enhancement development and implementation and expanding program participation among customers.
Internal Collaboration
As a recognized authority in product strategies, leads collaboration with stakeholder departments in executing strategies and planning promotions.
Customer Experience
Leads the design and implementation of customer service processes and procedures to ensure high-quality customer experiences; implements changes to product and service design to increase customer satisfaction and market adoption; may lead support for customers who have questions or challenges with products or tools associated with the product; determines changes to a wide range of products to increase customer satisfaction.
Policy Planning and Development
Supports development of policies, practices or procedures related to customer products and services; supports regulatory processes and stakeholder engagement on new initiatives, products, and services.
External Relations and Communication
As a recognized authority on a variety of products, represents PGE on committees, and maintains relations with industry organizations and trade organizations to ensure PGE is on the forefront of marketing opportunities.
Education/Experience/Certifications Education
Requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, accounting, economics or other related field or equivalent experience.
Experience
Typically eight or more years in product management, an electric utility, marketing, project management or related field.
Preferred Experience
Experience with Managed Charging
Experience with charging hardware and software vendors
Experience with non-wire solutions(solar, battery, etc)
General understanding of PGE's utility structure/grid

Compensation Range:
$107,025.00 - $178,375.00
In addition, this position is eligible for a performance-based incentive bonus. Actual total compensation is commensurate with experience, skills, and education.
