Assist. Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the planning, coordinating and managing company projects.
Co-responsible for positive customer relations/experience with sales and administrative staff
Co-responsible for the financial success of each project
•Supervises installation staff for roofing and renovation projects
•Becomes the face of the company to client; ensuring positive customer experience
•Ensures compliance during project executions; meeting building codes, permits, relations with building department
•Permit issuing and closing.
•Reviews signed agreements with sales – may escalate challenges with plan to Office manager
•Responsible for viability of the installation - risk assessment
•Meeting OSHA requirements
•Cooperates with admin IT systems and software to keep track of people and progress of ongoing projects
•Responsible for overseeing the accounting, costing and billing of every project; highlighting overages or recommending cost effective changes to plan
•Represent the organization’s interest at various stakeholders’ meetings
•Ensures that project desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are utilized, and different interests involved are satisfied.

Duties
•Assist in the preparation of construction estimates and budgets.
•Utilize construction management software, including Prolog and Primavera, to track project progress.
•Collaborate with project teams to develop effective project schedules.
•Manage time effectively to meet deadlines while ensuring quality standards are maintained.
•Support senior managers in coordinating on-site activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
•Participate in meetings with stakeholders to discuss project updates and address any concerns.
Experience
•A background or interest in construction management is preferred
•Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
