Location: Norristown, PA (Field-Based Role) | Pay Range: $65,000–$80,000/year (Base) | Full-Time

Position Summary:

As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll be in the trenches, learning how to manage the full lifecycle of commercial kitchen ventilation projects — from field measurements and drawings to install coordination and site supervision. You’ll assist senior PMs, coordinate with fabrication and install teams, and start taking the lead on smaller jobs as you prove you’re ready.

You won’t be stuck behind a desk. This role is hands-on, field-forward, and pressure-tested. You’ll earn your shot at leadership by being the one who sees ahead, speaks up, and follows through.

What You’ll Do:* Assist with the design and layout of kitchen ventilation systems

What You’ll Bring:* 1–3 years of experience in HVAC, engineering, or construction project management

Compensation & Benefits:* $65,000–$80,000/year based on experience and initiative

Work Environment:

You’ll split your time between the office, the fabrication floor, and active job sites. Expect to climb ladders, walk rooftops, crawl through mechanical rooms, and solve real-world coordination challenges in real time.
