Job Description
Reporting to the Trade Support Team Lead, the Trade Support Coordinator will be responsible for communication between the Non-Ferrous Trading Department and the AIM Recycling yards.
•Maintaining and updating of inventory positions;
•Managing communication with the yards and maintaining a queue of quote requests from internal stakeholders and ensure they are responded to in a timely manner;
•Collecting all necessary information required to settle claims on behalf of traders;
•Supporting traders with compiling loads for bidding purposes, including cataloguing pictures of the material;
•Ensuring follow-up of open trade orders;
•Performing data entry for various documents for the department;
•Collaborating with internal teams to support business initiatives and projects related to trade operations;
•Generating various reports;
Qualifications
To join our team:
•You have an A.E.C. or D.E.C. in office automation, administration or any other relevant training;
•You have 2+ years of experience working as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support;
•You are bilingual (French, English);
•You have excellent organizational and priority management skills;
•You are an excellent command of the Office Suite (intermediate Excel level);
•You have strong interpersonal, communication and partnering skills;
•You have industry experience & sales experience considered an asset;
•You are a strong team player, who is open minded and willing to roll-up their sleeves to help out wherever necessary.
