We are seeking a Tool Room Manager to join our team in Moorpark. This pivotal role will contribute to our mission by overseeing tool room operations, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining high standards of quality. The Tool Room Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the tool room, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.

- Manage inventory of tools and supplies, optimizing stock levels and procurement processes.

- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

- Maintain KPI's

- Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely availability of tools for machining processes.

- Conduct regular audits of tool usage and maintenance schedules.

- Train and mentor staff on best practices and safety procedures.

- Analyze data related to tool performance and make recommendations for enhancements.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the tool room.

- Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.

- Proven experience in supply chain management, warehouse management, or procurement.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.

- Excellent negotiation skills with experience in vendor management.

- Familiarity with logistics processes and inventory management systems.

- Strong skills in Tool presetting equipment and shrink fit system.

- Ability to lead teams effectively and foster a collaborative environment.

- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies is a plus.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
