As the Test System Data Analyst at Badger Meter, you will be at the forefront of driving efficiency, automating processes, and enabling informed decision-making across multiple manufacturing sites. This position plays a critical role in ensuring excellence in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and environmental standards—all while championing continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Badger Meter’s corporate values. This position is responsible for the business system support/data analysis, data automation, and continuous improvement related to all testing activities including data reporting, presentation of metrics, production test data management, test capacity planning, test process control and KPI reporting and running diagnostic and system testing and presenting the information to the relevant stakeholders across multiple manufacturing sites. This role is critical in supporting all Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Environmental, and Continuous improvement initiatives, and metrics including the ability to work with internal and external customers to support Badger Meter’s corporate values and goals.
Job Duties:* Work with all site/regional teams to review data automation processes for overall efficiency improvements as well as reporting and supporting organizational metrics.Education and Experience:* Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, statistics, industrial engineering, or relevant field required
Qualifications:* Advanced proficiency in Python/SQL required

Working Conditions:* Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment.
