Data Analyst

Seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our analytics team. This role will contribute to the development of insights and reports that supports business decisions for field operations and billing teams and is critical in supporting the collection, analysis, distribution, and communication of accurate data reports, trackers, and dashboards

Essential Job Functions

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a data support or analyst role, preferably in utilities or a similar industry.

· Business Acumen: Understanding business operations and how they impact financial performance

· Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and concisely communicate findings and insights.

· Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address data-related issues.

· Must be highly organized, dependable, and punctual.

· Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

· Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferences (Not Required)

· Experience with field operations, engineering or billing systems in the electric industry.

· SQL, and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
