Job Responsibilities

•

Deliver daily/weekly reports to support the business and maximize revenue, cost and staffing performance.

•

Analyze results to find and articulate the strategic insights, generating conclusions and recommendations to minimize cost and maintain staffing while meeting all KPI’s.

•

Create queries to provide ad hoc reports, analysis, and datasets based on business needs.

•

Assist in the development of new-business strategy initiatives, performing through analysis, developing compelling solutions and presenting recommendations.

•

Conduct any necessary research to ensure data integrity in the reporting provided to business users Supervisors and Management.

•

Develop stored procedures, develop processes for performance reporting and scheduling improvement and efficiency, data table maintenance and ad hoc reporting request.

•

Analyze existing complex systems to understand and document data elements, relationships, data flow, dependencies and their related interfaces.

•

Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions using scheduling and reporting systems in place.

•

Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to achieve consistent reporting and data alignment.

•

Support continuous improvement of reporting and analytics needs, as well as, the

•

production of all management reports.

•

Any other duties as deemed necessary.

Job Requirements

•

Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college university or related field preferred or equivalent experience.

•

0-2 years of experience in data analysis and working with SQL Server and MS Office, scheduling and reporting systems

•

Reporting skills; including MS Excel and/or SQL to access, combine and analyze multiple data sources (strong comfort level with formatting, formulas, graphs, pivot tables, etc.)

•

Ability to work independently with minimal instructions.

•

Excellent communication skills, with strong and effective presentation and engagement skills

•

Entry-level; practical operating knowledge to perform job.

•

Learning applications and overall end to end processes.

•

Performs standardized, ongoing duties and tasks under day to day supervision.
