What Role You Will Play In Our Team

Our client, ExxonMobil Guyana Limited, an ExxonMobil affiliate, has a vacancy for Data Support Analyst.

What You Will Do

•

Serve as the main customer contact for all data-related inquiries, including data and application troubleshooting, configuration management support, data monitoring and reporting, and specifications for integrating inbound and outbound data flows with other systems

•

Assist functional groups and departments in analysis and development of processes and workflows in support of optimizing/automating their existing systems Gather, clean and prepare data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other data collection systems for analysis, ensuring accuracy and consistency

•

Assist in data and application development, testing and troubleshooting

•

Provide system administration for tools supported by the Digital and Information Management team, including liaison with IT on failure analysis and ticket management

•

Monitor tools for effective performance and work with appropriate stakeholders to make corrections and improvements

•

Participate in global user groups for supporting Digital and Information Management

•

Support audit, discovery, litigation, and assessment activities

•

Run data quality metrics tools and taking action to correct issues, including root cause analysis for systemic problems, ensuring the data is in compliance with defined data standards

•

Assist in promoting effective use of standard data management tools and processes

About You Skills and Qualifications

•

Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology or related field

•

Minimum of three years working with data analytical tools, EDMS, SQL Queries and scripts

•

Experience in PowerBI, PowerApps, and Visio will be an asset

Preferred Qualifications / Experience

•

Strong interpersonal, customer service and analytical skills

•

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•

Critical thinker, self-starter
