As a Territory Sales Representative, you are responsible for delivering an exceptional level of service to the customer from the warehouse to the corporate level. AEG Petroleum is committed to customer service from the initial customer contact to invoicing and beyond.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets within your area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeing new customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Communicate with your AEG team to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Engage in the business to learn the relevant information to deliver to our customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers (including key accounts).
- Monitor sales trends.
- Promote company abilities to customers.
- Maintain and update customer pricing.
- Ability to coach and be coached.
- Address and resolve customer questions in a timely manner.
- Be involved in each step of the sales process.
