Hampel Oil Distributors is seeking a self-disciplined individual that is driven, goal oriented, conscientious, optimistic, and a team leader that has ambition and a passion for sales. The desired applicant would be focused on developing new business, exceeding customer service expectations & growing the company customer base while creating value for the customer.

Details include:

•

Starting salary range of $75,000 - $120,000 base plus bonuses.

•

Schedule is 5-day work week which can also include some weekend hours

•

Overnight travel at times

•

Car Allowance, Laptop, Cell Phone and iPad

Relocation and non-compete expense reimbursement is not available with this opportunity.

What You Will Do:

•

Manage and prospect the daily activities of the territory that promotes the growth in the Marcellus and Utica Shales

•

Closing new business and managing existing accounts with MCS customers

•

Analyze data and trends to strategically develop business within industry segments

•

Provide excellent customer service while serving existing client base

•

Find creative ways to be solution to customer pain-points

What Skills and Experience We are Looking For:

•

2-5 years in a sales management position.

•

Previous experience in outside sales operations

•

Growth mindset and a "hunter" type of sales attitude

•

Excellent communication skills

What Will Make You Stand Out:

•

5-10 years previous sales experience in the fuel and lubricant industry

•

Bachelor's Degree in related field

•

STLE, CLS or OMA1 certification
