Your Responsibilities:

•

Hire, Lead, train and manage a team of solar sales reps.

•

Drive personal and team sales through direct outreach, networking, and customer presentations

•

Recruit and train new talent

•

Monitor KPIs and support team success with coaching and strategy

Qualifications:

•

2+ years of experience in direct or solar sales (preferred)

•

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

•

Self-motivated and results-driven

•

Must be comfortable with commission-only compensation
