Territory Sales Manager - Eastern U.S.

Edge Manufacturing, Inc. is a growing cutting tool manufacturer headquartered in Pevely, Missouri with locations worldwide. As a leading provider of cutting products and solutions, Edge has produced high quality band saw blades serving food and lumber industries for over 30 years.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Edge Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. Candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of sales activities within assigned territory. Primary areas of focus will be on maintaining and expanding existing customer base and driving new business growth within the designated geographical area. Candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success in a territory sales management role.

REQUIREMENTS:

· At least five years of sales management experience.

· BS/BA in Business Administration, or related field of study preferred.

· Strong understanding of effective sales strategies and techniques.

· Exceptional client service skills.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.

. Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage and grow the portfolio of Edge business within assigned territory.

· Foster strong relationships with key accounts and distributor partners.

· Stimulate and encourage brand health and awareness within assigned territory.

· Demonstrate efficient sales operations and monitor sales KPIs.
