The Site Supervisor (SS) will provide a variety of support services to our commercial construction teams and other divisions as needed and requested by the Commercial Construction Manager, Project Management Team and Director of Operations. The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all of the activities of a construction site according to project drawings and schedules. Duties include coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks and providing on-site direction with a primary focus on civil and electrical work.
The majority of these tasks will be field related, with the potential for some office support work as required. The SS will be responsible for coordinating and/or completing activities related to a construction project on-site, completing work ahead of schedule, within budget and specifications. The duties will vary by season, assignment and project size with varying degrees of responsibility and authority. This is a dynamic role with responsibilities changing daily, with the primary purpose of supporting field operations efficiently and effectively before, during and after construction. This position is based in Massachusetts with primary responsibilities in eastern MA. Occasional projects may be anywhere within ReVision territory.
