Your Role Includes:

- Masterfully operating equipment like forklifts, trucks, and cranes to get the job done.

- Thriving in various conditions, from tight spaces to weather extremes

- Implementing the Safe Work Instruction Program to maintain secure job sites

- Using schematics and drawings as aids in troubleshooting plant equipment

- Conversant with oxygen/acetylene torches for diverse welding needs

- Interested in broadening skills through cross-training with equipment like cranes and loaders

- Applying fabrication skills for minor machinery repairs

- Hands-on with millwright tasks, ensuring machine reliability through alignment efforts

- Skilled with a variety of useful hand tools

- Comfortable in environments with complex rigging tasks and hoisting operations

What We Seek:

- Certification in welding, and 3-5 years of hands-on experience

- Communication skills—navigating both verbal and written exchanges

- The ability to perform basic calculations

- Capable of handling prolonged periods engaging with tools

- You're prepared to take on multiple shifts, weekends included

- Flexible to work overtime as needed

Your Expertise Includes:

- Repairing heavy-duty equipment

- Diagnosing mechanical issues effectively

- Addressing intricacies of industrial automation

- Inspecting machinery and verifying safety

- Background in manufacturing settings

Experience With:

- Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)

- Managing conveyor systems
