As a Tender Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) project strategy, leading bids that connect renewable energy sources to the grid and enable long-distance power transmission.

- Lead strategic bid development for HVDC and grid integration projects.

- Manage the full tender lifecycle from client engagement to submission.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, winning proposals.

- Translate complex technical requirements into clear, value-driven solutions.

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the tender process.

- Collaborate with global sales to position offerings competitively.

- Analyze risks and ensure alignment with commercial strategy.

- Drive continuous improvement in bid processes and outcomes.

- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred for strategic and business acumen.

- At least 10 years of experience in tender management.

- Proven experience managing tenders for large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.

- Strong strategic and analytical skills in commercial and technical contexts.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across global teams.

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

- Familiarity with contractual frameworks and bid governance.

- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
