Job Overview:
We’re looking for a Telecommunications Technician to support phone system configurations, mobile device setups, and telecom service management. You’ll work onsite handling technical requests, updating records, supporting mobile users, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
•Configure phones, caller ID, and voicemail using Cisco CUCM
•Support mobile activations, (Mobile device management)MDM, and device troubleshooting
•Manage IMACD requests and maintain telecom inventory
•Document all work in ServiceNow
•Assist with billing reports, invoice processing, and TEM updates
•Coordinate with teams for telecom needs and training
Requirements:
•2+ years of telecom/IT experience
•Associate’s degree or equivalent coursework
•Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
•Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Office, and MDM platform
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
