The

Technical Support Engineer I

serves as a frontline resource for troubleshooting FW Murphy products, providing support to customers, OEMs, packagers, and internal departments. This role involves diagnosing equipment issues remotely, simulating system behavior, and guiding customers through solutions. It’s a technical position focused on delivering outstanding service and internal collaboration, with occasional training responsibilities and opportunities to grow technical depth in control and instrumentation.
