- Support annual and long-term capital planning, including stewardship of the 10-year system modernization plan.

Cross-Functional Leadership

- Lead cross-departmental collaboration to advance modernization programs such as Distribution Automation (DA), AMI

2.0, and sensor deployment.

- Establish governance frameworks, reporting cadence, and risk management protocols to ensure accountability and

transparency.

- Act as a connector across business units, ensuring alignment on future grid architecture, operational requirements, and

customer-focused outcomes.

Innovation & Opportunity Development

- Identify and evaluate emerging grid modernization technologies, working with technical experts to assess feasibility and

pilot opportunities.

progress.

- Provide leadership visibility into risks, opportunities, and achievements.

Team & Talent Development

- Build and lead a high-performing team, emphasizing collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

- Coach and mentor staff, guiding career development and strengthening organizational capability.

- Promote knowledge transfer and organizational awareness to embed modernization expertise across the company.
