The role demands a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision to drive innovation and maintain high standards of performance and compliance.
In this role, you’ll use your bachelor’s degree with emphasis in project management, construction management or engineering and 5 years of experience in construction project and portfolio management, contractor management, or electrical engineering to:
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of technology in support of a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of capital projects, ensuring they meet safety, reliability, and scheduling objectives.
- Mature project delivery processes, driving team efficiency, project performance, and scalability.
- Work with key stakeholders to develop labor forecasts, performance measures, and strategic plans to ensure business objectives for timeliness and quality are met.
- Develop strong partnerships with alliance contractors, expanding the capacity of the team to align with our growing capital portfolio.
- Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and communication to achieve organizational goals and shared success.
