Provide maximum technical support and technical training for construction and mining equipment service opportunities.
- Provide maximum in house and external customer technical support for construction & mining equipment.
- Manager day-to-day activities of Technical Services Group
- Provide weekly reports to Director of Training and Technical Support
- Work with all CMD branches to ensure consistency of Technical Support
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Training and Technical Support
- Provide support for Diagnostic Software Installation, Function, and Licensing
- Document Technical Support on Service Pro Jobs as needed.
- Assist branches with new unit make readies for major accounts customers when required.
- Monitor and Respond Quickly to CMD Technical Support Request tickets.
Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Must be computer literate and proficient in a Windows environment (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds, must be able to bend and twist several times a day
- Must have the ability to effectively evaluate others
- Must have advanced technical skills
- Must have basic sales skills
- Must have good presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction
- Must maintain good client relations
