Job Title: Level 1 Technical Service 1st Shift

Job Location: Dayton, Tennessee (no relocation offered for this position)

FLSA Status: Office Hourly - Indirect

Shift: Monday through Thursday with overtime as needed or

Tuesday through Friday with overtime as needed.

6:00am to 5:00pm

On-Site position, no virtual or remote work

The Phone Service Technician will be responsible for ensuring our company provides excellent and prompt professional technical solutions to our customer inquiries.

The majority of time is spent in an office environment. Occasional overtime is required.
