Your responsibilities

The senior team lead will manage/coordinate and monitor the activities of the entire warehouse (all shifts.) Provide on-the-job training as needed. Interact with the Customer at all levels of Management. Ensure completion of work and customer requirements while complying with all company quality and safety processes. May provide input to the Customer Support Manager regarding performance.
