Key Responsibilities
•Maintain accountability for job timelines and quality using internal software systems
•Lead by example, training and mentoring new team members
•Communicate clearly with clients and project managers regarding progress and issues
•Apply or oversee advanced finishes including high gloss, plaster, and metallic effects
•Maintain a safe, organized, and respectful job site
•Monitor material usage and report supply needs
•Ensure projects are completed within budgeted hours to maximize bonus potential
•Additionally, you will supervise on-site painting and finishing teams for residential and commercial jobs
Qualifications
•Experience in painting, finishing, or a closely related construction trade
•Prior leadership or crew supervision experience preferred
•Strong communication skills and ability to hold a team accountable
•Attention to detail and a commitment to top-quality craftsmanship
•Willingness to learn House Hues' specialized techniques
•Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
