Key Responsibilities

•

Maintain accountability for job timelines and quality using internal software systems

•

Lead by example, training and mentoring new team members

•

Communicate clearly with clients and project managers regarding progress and issues

•

Apply or oversee advanced finishes including high gloss, plaster, and metallic effects

•

Maintain a safe, organized, and respectful job site

•

Monitor material usage and report supply needs

•

Ensure projects are completed within budgeted hours to maximize bonus potential

•

Additionally, you will supervise on-site painting and finishing teams for residential and commercial jobs

Qualifications

•

Experience in painting, finishing, or a closely related construction trade

•

Prior leadership or crew supervision experience preferred

•

Strong communication skills and ability to hold a team accountable

•

Attention to detail and a commitment to top-quality craftsmanship

•

Willingness to learn House Hues' specialized techniques

•

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
