Role Description: A Lead Doorknocker generates leads through door-to-door outreach and supervises a small team of Door knockers. The role involves training and motivating team members, tracking performance, and ensuring all efforts align with company standards. The Lead Doorknocker acts as a local team leader, overseeing canvassing operations to drive successful outreach campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
•Self Perform and achieve the company’s booked estimate goals.
•Help recruit additional door knocker as needed.
•Ensure self and all teams are using company provided tools and software.
•Attend all skill building events.
•Participate in any required company meetings and oversight meetings.
•Hit the minimum number of doors per day that is required.
•Train any additional doorknockers in skills and ability.
•Participate with company staff to ensure the routes are prepared and on point.
•Participate with company staff in script improvements and at the door booking techniques.
Skills and Abilities:
•Able to use tracking software like mycatrack apps, Google Suite etc.
•Demonstrated ability to coach in skills development.
•Strong personal time management skills.
•Very articulate in verbal and communication.
Personal Abilities and tendency:
•Zero fear and can handle consistent rejection.
Requirements:
•Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
•Authorized to work in the United States
•Ability to provide three strong professional references
