Systems Engineer 4

POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Manager, Systems Engineering, this position is for a skilled Systems Engineer with expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to support the development, integration, and maintenance of complex nuclear power plant system designs using model-centric best practices. This role will leverage MBSE tools and practices to ensure consistency, traceability, and clarity of system requirements, functions, and architecture.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES:

+ Knowledge of systems engineering concepts, tools, techniques such as:

- Requirements engineering (e.g., INCOSE, NASA, ISO/IEC 15288, etc)

- Model-based Systems Engineering (Sparx Enterprise Architect preferred, SysML preferred)

- Design/gate reviews

- Product Life-cycle management software (Aras innovator preferred)

- MBSE and Systems Engineering program development

+ Strong technical writing, communication, computer, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to be proactive and work with minimal direction once tasks are assigned and understood. + Ability to manage conflicting demands and priorities. + Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Pay and Benefits:

The target pay range for this position is $127,104 - $153,401 annually.The full pay range is $113,955 - $178,237 annually.
