We are seeking a proactive and self-directed Software Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with a team to support software users and systems, manage and nurture relationships with vendors and user groups, and address software user needs through testing and troubleshooting. You will communicate effectively with software vendors and developers while demonstrating strong technical skills in system design and support. Ideal candidates will have experience with SAP, GIS, computer-aided design (CAD) software, SaaS solutions, Windows, information systems, and electric distribution design.

Education Description

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, technology, or construction science preferred. 5 years of Electric Utility Design Experience in lieu of degree will be considered.

Requires a minimum of 3 years electric utility or software support experience.
