JOB SUMMARY:
The Systems Analyst implements, maintains, and supports IT and informations systems to meet the business needs of the organization. They actively collect data, observe workflows and monitor activity to identify vulnerabilities or areas of improvement. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills.

•Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative solutions to enhance system functionality and performance.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
•Strong computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field experience
•Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
•Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation
•Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle
•Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
•General Office Environment: This position operates in a professional office environment, using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.
•Environmental Conditions: The work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled setting with minimal exposure to loud noise, temperature variations, or other environmental factors.
