Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Systems and Data Analyst to own our IT operations while supporting the company’s ongoing technology growth. This role combines system monitoring, IT support, data analytics, and the development of automations and integrations to improve efficiency across the business. You’ll work closely with leadership to explore and implement innovative solutions that enhance our internal operations.
Responsibilities
•
Own and manage the company’s IT infrastructure and department operations.
•
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of APIs and system changes.
•
Monitor systems continuously to ensure uptime, performance, and efficiency.
•
Provide on-demand IT support for both hardware and software issues.
•
Troubleshoot technical problems and implement effective solutions quickly.
•
Deliver weekly system performance and status reports to leadership.
•
Identify, propose, and implement new technologies or process improvements.
•
Develop integrations, automations, and internal tools as needed.
•
Collaborate with leadership to explore new operational efficiencies.
•
Create and maintain internal dashboards and reporting tools.
Skills
•
Proficiency in coding languages: C#, SQL, Python, React, HTML
•
Strong knowledge of automation tools and techniques
•
Experience with: Web and app development, API integrations and documentation, IT support (hardware/software troubleshooting), Dashboard and report building
•
Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to non-technical team members

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
