Primary Purpose:
This position is designed to provide support of technology services for Eanes Independent School District. The Systems Analyst works under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Operations & Technology to administer various technologies, applications, and systems. The candidate is expected to have a strong background in working with multiple enterprise technologies while being able to provision accounts, assign permissions and roles, implement, test, monitor and problem solve issues impacting students and staff.
Education/Certification
Required Qualifications:
•Associates Degree or Technical Certification from accredited institutions
•Strong technical, communication, and customer service skills
•Proficient with coding language and technical dashboards
Preferred Qualifications:
•Bachelors Degree; work related experience may substitute for Bachelor's degree
•Microsoft Certified Professional
•Google Certified Professional
Experience
•3 - 5 years of recent full-time work administering and supporting the following datacenter technologies:
oEnterprise NAS and SAN storage systems
oNetwork and cybersecurity infrastructure and solutions
oMicrosoft and Linux Server operating systems
Licenses
Class “C” Operator’s Driver License. The applicant selected must provide a current three-year Driving record from the current state of residence. If not currently a Texas resident, must obtain a Texas Driver’s license within 30 days after entering Texas as a new resident.

•G-Suite and Microsoft O365 Tenants
•Microsoft Server OS 2016 including Active Directory and File Services roles
•PC and Mac computers with modern operating systems
•Microsoft Office and enterprise applications

•Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks/workload, work independently and under pressure

Major Responsibilities, Duties and Functions:
•Implement data center infrastructure and systems as directed.
•Administer, maintain, and upgrade Identity and Access Management systems and insure synchronization between Active Directory, G-Suite, and O365.
•Provision and administer user accounts; administer automation for IDAM, and textbook resources.
•Assists with CIPA compliance
•Pursue personal development of knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the effective performance of the role.
•Maintain professional and consistent regular attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures.
•Establish and maintain professional working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and the general public.
•Works well with other team members to complete tasks with a high degree of initiative and coordination.

•Document all accumulated knowledge and techniques.
