Supply Chain Director – IPP

On.Energy is seeking a Supply Chain Manager (SCM) to lead the procurement activities for the North America operation. Reporting to the President of North America, the SCM has overall supply chain activities from vendor identification of supply or goods or services through contract close out of supply of goods or services.

- Overall responsibilities for the procurement of the supply of goods or services for the company’s energy projects for its North America operations

- Vendor identification

- Vendor qualification

- Lead vendor evaluation and selection

- Negotiating and contracting of all goods contract and services agreements

- Purchase order processing

- Vendor contract/agreement administration

- Vendor quality/assurance

- Logistics

- Vendor invoice processing

- Development of Procurement Status Reports (PSR) for each project

- Dispositioning of vendor non conformances

- Market indexing and benchmarking of goods and services

- Track and coordinate the corrective action for supplier non conformances

Requirements

- Bachelors of Business or Engineering degree from an accredited Universit

- Minimum 2-years supply chain experience

- Fluent in english preferred. Bilinqual English/Spanish desireable

- Can-do attitude

- Strong business acumen and commercial negotiation skills

- Strong communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and follow through

- On-site in the Corporate headquarters in Miami, FL is preferred. Remote work shall be considered

- Ability to travel extensively to project sites, customer offices, Corporate headquarters, or vendor/contractor office locations

- Proficient with all MS Office products

- Professional demeaner and the ability to work in a team and collaborative environment

- Holds a globally recognized supply chain certication (e.g., CPSM, CSCP, or CIPS) or equivalent qualification.
