That’s why we’re looking for a skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee Procurement, Supply Chain, and Vendor Relations.
The Supply Chain Manager will focus on streamlining and improving efficiency within the purchasing process from our corporate offices in beautiful Fort Collins, Colorado. The right candidate will have an excellent knowledge of Supply Chain best practices/strategy, a problem-solving mindset, rigorous attention to detail, and a knack for staying organized as they manage a large network of suppliers and distributors. We also want a strong communicator with a desire for innovation and continuous improvement with a focus on streamlining orders and customer service. The Supply Chain Manager will work closely with our vendors as well as our team internally to improve processes and overall purchasing / sourcing functionality. This position will include a great deal of data research and analysis, presentation of proposals, and will be focused on management of the supply chain team and processes.
Compensation
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

•Ability to communicate with stakeholders effectively and in a timely manner
•Establish KPI metrics for comparison, and evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree Required
•Minimum 3-4 years relevant buying and supply chain experience is required
•Management experience of 3-6 employees is required
•Demonstrated leadership abilities and interpersonal skills
•Strong attention to detail, analytical skills with focus on data quality
•Knowledge in use of computer and PC Software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
•Superior communication skills, inter-personal skills, decision making and follow-up habits
•Professional and personable demeanor, Excellent problem-solving mindset
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
•Exceptional interpersonal skills and high level of comfort interacting with co-workers and vendors to cultivate and foster long term relationships
Preferred Skills and Abilities
•NetSuite Experience is a plus, or experience with similar software
•Experience in the Oil and Gas industry a plus
•Experience in data analysis, trend calculations, and forecasting
•Inventory strategy and planning
•Strong Microsoft Excel skills and a track record of use of web-based platforms / software
•Ability to adjust to fast paced market and business environment
•Passionate and high energy which can assist in selling future vision to vendors
•Focused on continuous learning and developing new skills
•Understanding of distribution and logistics
•Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
•Insight into economic conditions and market dynamics
•Interest in innovative technologies, such as automation software
•Ability to negotiate with suppliers and distributors
Working Conditions, Physical Demands, and Travel Requirements
•In Office position, with some travel required. Ability to travel occasionally, up to 10-15% of the time
•Sitting for extended periods of time
•Use of telephone & computers daily
This is a full-time position in our Fort Collins corporate office. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This is a salaried role, and you will be expected to complete all assigned tasks and duties in a timely manner, this may require that you work beyond our standard working hours at times.
