Production Supervisor

Where will you work: Onsite - St. James, LA (9959 Louisiana 18

St James, LA 70086)

12-hour rotating shift

The Production Supervisor ensures safe and environmentally sound daily production activities, managing hourly employees, product quality, safety, environmental concerns, railroad, and raw materials. They assist with process improvements, employee training, and act as a liaison between management, operations, and maintenance. Additionally, they conduct audits, inspections, and review work permits.

What you’ll need:* High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience or 2-year technical program with 2+ years of experience required.

Bonus if you have the following:* Technical or Engineering Bachelor’s degree with at least 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
