Our Red Chris Mine, located in the heart of Northern British Columbia on the traditional territory of the Tahltan Nation. Your Impact

As a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor of Auxiliary equipment, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of heavy mobile equipment. By leading a team of maintenance professionals, you will help minimize downtime, enhance equipment performance, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic mining environment.

The expected salary range for this role is CA$103,300 - $137,700 with additional 15% short term incentive . This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s pay history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about pay history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.
