Job Summary

Maintain safe operations, plan production schedules, manpower requirements, and equipment requirements in the Granule Department to ensure production of quality products timely to meet customer requirements.

Essential Duties* Ensure safety, quality, production and housekeeping standards are met at all times by all employees by providing appropriate supervision, training and evaluation of employees. Assist with maintenance or production as may be required

Qualifications Required* H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with additional industrial training Required

General Knowledge, Skills and Abilities* Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment, heavy equipment and electrical principles.
