Superintendent I

The Leopardo team is growing and looking for a Superintendent to grow with us! The Superintendent I will run small projects in the Chicago metro area. The most immediate projects are in the healthcare market including buildouts and small ground-up.

Summary: As a Superintendent I, you will have the opportunity to run day-to-day field operations as you plan, direct, and coordinate designated project activities. This includes subcontractor/vendor coordination activities and quality control.

Supervisory Requirements: A Superintendent I is responsible for managing the project.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: OSHA 30 Hour certification and First Aid/CPR certification are a plus.

Benefits

Leopardo considers many factors when determining actual salary including experience, education, unique skillsets, abilities, market, geography and business needs. Target base salary range: $100-120k. This position is eligible for annual discretionary bonus and vehicle allowance. Leopardo does not discriminate based on any protected category with respect to wages.
