Superintendent - Their duties include to run the day-to-day operations of the project and control the short-term schedule. The role of the superintendent also includes quality control, implement a safe working environment, project planning, labor scheduling, and subcontractor coordination responsibilities.
The superintendents are expected to be on their jobsite.

Get customer to sign off o Housekeeping (trash, debris, landscape, etc…) o Verify material inventories and verify materials needed for the following week. o Project photos & documentation – store in job notebooks o Request for Information – inform and submit information to the PM o Sheet metal
▪ Submit sheet metal work orders
▪ Coordinate metal installation with sheet metal team o Manage labor and on-going production plan
▪ Verify actual production vs budgeted production and adjust the plan
▪ Manage and adjust the work schedule
▪ Improve jobsite inefficiencies o Manage subcontractors, sub crews, and in-house crews
▪ Verify and coordinate safety, quality, and production.
▪ Manage the work schedule
▪ Coordinate with PM for any pay request approval o Manage equipment
▪ Determine what equipment is needed
▪ Manage equipment costs
