Structural Welder (Entry Level)

We are seeking a motivated Structural Welder (Entry Level) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have completed a welding or metal fabrication trade program and gained 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a fabrication shop or construction setting.

This role involves assisting in the fitting, fabrication, and welding of structural steel components in accordance with shop drawings and specifications. Candidates should demonstrate basic proficiency in FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) and structural fabrication processes, along with a strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork.
