Job description About Us: Hester Fabrication specializes in complex technical fabrication for the world’s most advanced companies. The more technically challenged the problem, the better. We specialize in high precision weldments for industries ranging from automotive, aerospace, energy, and manufacturing. Our facility is set up around lean manufacturing methodologies to produce large quantities of high-quality components in short cycle times. Our extensive in-house machinery and skilled craftsmen allow us to manage large projects on tight schedule requirements.

As an Advanced Welder, you will need to be able to read and understand shop drawings, plan fabrication and fabricate welded components per the shop drawing. The shop is equipped with a wide range of tools, drills, cold saws, bandsaws, grinders, tapping arms, laser, press brake, overhead crane, forklift, etc.
