Structural Steel Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and project coordination. This role is essential for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery while collaborating with the Owner and Operations Manager to achieve project goals.

Duties

- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling resources, managing contracts, and overseeing site operations.

- Collaborate with subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.

- Review blueprints and schematics to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

- Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.

Requirements

- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.

- Familiarity of construction estimating processes and techniques.

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation.

- Attention to detail for contract review and compliance checks.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
