Strategic Marketing Leader – North America & Industrial Electrification

Job Description Summary

The Strategic Marketing Leader will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance market positioning. This position requires a visionary leader with the ability to understand market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

This position will have two main areas of focus:

1. Partnering with the Solutions leader for Industrial Electrification, enabling Power Conversion and Storage growth by coordinating the global strategy definition & strategy deployment process for the Industrial electrification solutions group.

2. Liaise with the other marketing leaders to understand holistically the global Power Conversion and Storage strategy and partnering with North America General Manager to foster growth in the region considering regional nuances, legislations and player ecosystem.
