Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience while managing inventory, staff, and store budgets.

Duties

- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

- Oversee daily store operations including merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling.

- Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and promote career growth within the company.

- Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate scheduling of employees.

- Implement effective marketing strategies to increase store visibility and drive sales.

- Maintain high standards of store presentation through effective merchandising and pricing strategies.

- Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, conducting sales analysis, and implementing cost-control measures.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local regulations.

- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and employee engagement.

Skills

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others effectively.

- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.

- Proven experience in recruiting, training & development, and supervising retail staff.

- Proficiency in payroll management, budgeting, and bookkeeping practices.

- Solid understanding of merchandising principles and retail sales strategies.

- Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures.

- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.

- Strong leadership abilities with excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Effective communication skills both verbal and written; phone etiquette is essential.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
